摘要 本文测量了反铁电液晶电光特性,得到阀值电压为30V。利用示波器观察到施加电压后透过率的变化,得到上升时间为140μs,下降时间的为160μs。通过在SmA相保持恒温一段时间,得到较好的分子排列,在偏光显微镜下观察到SmA相,SmC相和SmC_A相的层结构。 In this paper, the electro-optical behavior of antiferroelectric liquid crystal was measured and the threshold voltage of 30V was obtained. In addition, response time by applying pulsed voltage was measured from oscilloscope and on-timewas about 140μs and offtime was about 160μs. Better molecular alignment was obtained by keeping the temperature in SmA phase for a relatively long time. The layer structure of SmA,SmC* and SmCA* phase was observed under polarizing microscope.
