单面摩擦液晶盒显示特性的研究

摘要 单面摩擦盒由两块涂有P2层的玻璃基板构成,只对其中一片做摩擦处理,第一片不摩擦,靠液晶自身螺距控制扭曲角,这种模式的液晶盒减少了摩擦工艺,可以避免静电对TFT的影响,因而具有重要的实践意义。本文研究了具有不同d/P值的单面摩擦盒的显示特性和单面摩擦盒的最佳参数选择。实验还发现单面摩擦盒的阙值电压和响应时间随温度的变化不同于双面摩擦液晶盒。 OSR LC Cell consisted of two PI-coated substrates which one is rubbed and another is not rubbed is an interest mode for its avoiding stastic electricity and improving the yield of TFT-LCD. The display characteristics of one-side rubbing cells with different value of d/p were studied and optimized conditions in the construction of one-side rubbing cell were discussed. The temperature dependence of some performance, such as threhold voltages and response time, differ from those of DSR cell.
