新疆卡波氏肉瘤患者与对照组血清细胞因子水平比较

摘要 目的 :探讨血清细胞因子水平与卡波氏肉瘤 (Kaposi’ssarcoma ,KS)发病的关系。方法 :采用酶联免疫法(Enzyme -linkedimmunoadsordentassay ,ELISA)检测了 13例KS患者和 5 2例对照的血清血管内皮生长因子 (vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子 (tumornecrosisfactor-α,TNF -α)、干扰素γ(Interferon -γ ,IFN -γ)和白细胞介素 (Interleukin - 6 ,IL - 6 )浓度。结果 :KS患者TNF -α ,IFN -γ ,IL - 6和VEGF均高于对照组。血清TNF -α ,IFN -γ ,IL - 6浓度在KS患者组和对照组间差异有显著性。VEGF在两组间无显著差异。结论 :血清细胞因子TNF-α ,IFN -γ ,IL - 6水平增加可能在KS发病中发挥一定的作用。VEGF与KS的关系有待扩大样本量后进一步检测 。 Objective:To study the relationship between the levels of serum cytokine and the pathogeny of Kaposi's sarcoma (KS).Methods:Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), Interferon-γ(IFN-γ),Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF)level were tested in13 KS patients serum and 52 controls' by enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay (ELISA).Results:TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-6 levels were higher in KS patients than in the controls, and the differences were statistically significant (p<0.05). VEGF level was also higher in KS patients, but the difference was not significant (p=0.884). Conclusions:TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-6 may play important role in the pathogenesis of KS. The relationship between VEGF and KS may be clarified after more samples be tested.
