现阶段我国农村扶贫制度创新问题研究

Sustainable Agriculture in Poverty-Stricken Areas of West China

制度因素在我国农村扶贫开发工作中已经并且将进一步发挥其重要作用 ,本文在分析农村扶贫存在的问题及其制度根源和新阶段中农村扶贫制度需求基础上 ,指出新阶段农村扶贫需要制度创新 ,并提出农村扶贫制度创新的思路及对策。

Factors restricting sustainable agriculture in the poverty-stricken areas of West China are complicated, and they worsen each other. They make impossible agricultural development in the poverty-stricken areas of West China. This paper analyses obstacles to sustainable agriculture in poverty-stricken areas of West China and works out countermeasures to them.
