Rights Protection of Opposite Part in Administrative Guidance

随着行政指导行为在现实生活中的大量出现 ,行政指导中相对人权益保护问题日渐突出。本文从我国行政指导的现状出发 ,提出在信赖保护等原则指导下 ,完善行政指导的相关法律制度 ,依法对相对人权益进行有效的救济和保护。

With the increase of administrative guidance in our daily life, the problem of how to protect the rights of the opposite part stands out gradually. This paper is to state some points of view based on the current condition of our country, such as consummating some interrelating laws and policies, protecting the rights of the opposite part effectively and rightfully with the guidance of protection of trust.
