On Instructors’ Mental Health and Its Adjustment

心理素质是教师素质的重要方面 ,教师心理健康是素质教育的需要 ,学生健康发展的需要 ,也是教师自身发展的需要。教师心理健康的现状不容乐观。影响教师心理健康的因素包括社会因素、职业因素和教师的个人因素。改善教师的心理健康状况需要从外部环境和提高教师自身调控能力两个方面入手。

Psychological Quality takes an important part among instructors’ qualities, and instructors’ mental health is the need of quality-oriented education, students’ sound development and their own development. We cannot be optimistic about the current condition of instructors’ mental health. The factors that influence their mental health come from society, profession and themselves. In order to improve their mental health, we will better the surrounding and their own ability of adjustment.
