摘要
从毛发水解提取胱氨酸的原理出发,通过实验探讨了不同盐酸浓度、不同水解温度对毛发解制取胱氨酸产率的影响,从而得出增大胱氨酸产率的最佳水解实验条件:盐酸浓度为28-29%,温度控制在112-114℃。
Starting from the principle to extract cystine by hydrolyzing hairs,the author of this article has explored through experiments the influences of different hydrochloric acid concentrations and different hydrolytic temperatures on the rate of production of cystine extracted from hair-hydrolysis,and has got the best experimental condition to increase the rate of cystine production by hydrolyzing hairs:the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 28~ 29%,the temperature is controlled between 112℃ to 114℃.
