合并专升本高校图书馆科研工作管理探析

Exploring the Management of Scientific Research in the Library of a Combined and Graded University from a Junior College

科研工作是高等学校图书馆工作的重要组成部分,合并专升本高校图书馆在学校合并后囿于人员等 条件的制约,整体科研工作相对薄弱。要改变合并专升本高校图书馆这种科研工作状况,应当树立"以工作带动科 研,以科研促进工作"的科研工作管理理念,增强图书馆科研意识,建立科研工作管理制度、激励机制和组织机构, 重视发挥女馆员科研作用。

Based on the analysis of the current situation, the author puts forward a new management idea: drive scientific research by work, and promote work by it. Then it discusses the measures, such as strengthening the awareness of scientific research, establishing management regulation, encouraging mechanism and organization systems; bringing female librarians into a full play.
