中国职业测验中存在的问题及其建议

Analysis of Problems in Professional Tests in China and Proposals

近年来,我国职业测验有了一定的发展,但在实践中还存在一些问题:1、缺乏真正适合中国职业测量 的本土测验;2、评价工具的质量认可缺乏规范;3、使用职业测验工具的使用者的素质有待提高;4、职业测验的应用 力度和广度有待加强。解决这些问题,应规范测评工具,使之标准化;应根据测试者性质选择测评工具,要提高测 评工作人员的素质,使用引进测试工具时应注意文化差异。

Over the past years, some progress has been made in professional tests in China, but some problems still exist in practice: lack of local tests suitable for professional tests in China; lack of norms for accepting the quality of test instruments; improvement of the qualities of those who use professional test instruments; and intensification of the popularity of professional tests. For solutions to these problems, work ought to be done to normalize and standardize test instruments, choose test instruments according to examinees, improve the quality of test workers and attach importance to culture shock when importing test instruments.
