深圳市2003年性传播疾病流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis on STDs in Shenzhen in 2003

目的 了解深圳市 2 0 0 3年性传播疾病流行特征 ,为政府制订性病防制措施提供科学依据。方法 对深圳市 2 0 0 3年性传播疾病年报资料及人口数据进行统计分析。结果 深圳市 2 0 0 3年性传播疾病报告病例数为 13778例 ,较 2 0 0 2年增长了 9 95 % ,年报告总发病率 30 6 18/ 10万。非淋菌性尿道炎 (NGU)发病率最高 ,且位居性病构成比第 1位 ,尖锐湿疣列第 2位 ,淋病排第 3位 ,仍是性病优势病种。结论 HIV/AIDS、NGU的增长呈明显上升趋势 ,应大力加强对孕产妇的产前性病体检工作。

Objective To understand the epidemic characteristic of SIDs in Shenzhen in 2003 and provide scientific evidence for their control and prevention.Methods STD reports and demographic data in Shenzhen in 2 003 were collected and analyzed.Results Reported cases of STDs were 13?778 in 2003, which rose by 9.95% aga inst 2002,and the total incidence rate reported was 306.18/100,000. The STDs wi t h highest incidence rate was nongonococcal urethritis.The second was condyloma a c uminatum,exceeded the incidence rate of gonorrhea which became the third. Gonor rhea was among the most frequently reported STDs,but its constitutive ratio was decreasing ye arly. Conclusions Incidence of HIV/AIDS,nongonococcal urethri tis tended to ascen d distinctively,while congenital syphilis in a grave trend; and much work should be done to examine STDs among pregnant women.
