三氧化二砷对黄鳝外周血红细胞微核的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察不同浓度的三氧化二砷对黄鳝外周血红细胞微核和核异常的影响。方法 采用鱼类致突变实验方法 ,以 0 2 5 ,0 5 0 ,0 75 ,1 0 0 ,1 5 0mg/kg不同剂量三氧化二砷处理黄鳝 ,测定黄鳝外周血红细胞微核率和核异常率、过氧化氢酶活性。结果  0 5 0mg/kg剂量组的微核率与核异常率均高于 0 2 5mg/kg剂量组。 0 75mg/kg剂量组的微核率与核异常率均下降 ,且低于阴性对照组 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。剂量继续增加到 1 0 0 ,1 5 0mg/kg时 ,其核异常率又显著回升 ,而微核率回升却并不显著。 0 2 5~ 1 0 0mg/kg 4个剂量均使过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性增加。结论 三氧化二砷对黄鳝外周血红细胞的作用具有双向性 ,且对CAT具有激活作用。 Objective To study the influence of the different concent ration of As\-2O\-3 on micronuclei and nuclear abnormity in peripheral blood ery throcytes of monoopterus albus.Methods The test of fish mutagenesis is used to assay the rate of micronucleus and nuclear anomaly in peripheral blood erythrocytes,and C AT activity of monopterus albus as mutagen of 0.25,0.50,0.75,1.00 and 1.50 ?mg/kg different concentration of As\-2O\-3. Results The rate of micronuclei and the rate of nuclear a bnormity at 0.50?mg/kg are higher than that at 0.25?mg/kg.When the dosage is 0 .75?mg/kg,the rate of nuclear anomalies is lower than that of the negative grou p,but the difference is not marked.The rate of nuclear abnormity rises markedly and the rate of micronuclei doesn't rise markedly at the dosage of 1.00 and 1.50 ?mg/kg.The 4 doses of As\-2O\-3 from 0.25 As\-2O\-3 to 1.00?mg/kg have an acti vation effect on CAT.Conclusion The effect of As\-2O\-3 has two sides on perip heral blood erythrocytes of monopterus albus.As\-2O\-3 has an activation eff ect on CAT.
