摘要
目的 对正常国人新鲜尸体甲状腺和地方性甲状腺肿大病人甲状腺进行应力松弛实验研究 ,并对二者进行比较。方法 正常甲状腺标本取自正常国人急性头部外伤致死的新鲜尸体 2个甲状腺标本 ,年龄 2 2岁 1例 ,2 6岁 1例 ,均为男性。地方性甲状腺肿大甲状腺标本取自甲状腺肿大病人手术治疗取下的甲状腺标本 2例 ,年龄 3 0岁 1例 ,3 2岁 1例 ,均为男性。实验装置采用日本岛津AG -10TA自动控制电子万能试验机 ,实验结束后 ,计算机自动输出实验结果。结果 得出了正常对照组和病态组甲状腺应力松弛数据和曲线 ,对实验数据进行归一化处理 ,得出了正常和病态组甲状腺归一化应力松弛函数。
Objective To research into stress relaxation biomechanics function of the normal thyroid and the thyroid with local goiter.Methods Normal thyroid samples were taken from two fresh male corpses died from acute head trauma one was 22 years old and theother was 26 years old.Thyroid samples with local goiter were taken from two male patients with local goiter after operation one was 30 years old and theother is32 years old.The tests were done by automatic control electron universal testing machine,AG-10TA which was made in Japan.Results The viscoelasticities of the morbid group were strikingly lower than those of the normal group.
