2002年天水市碘缺乏病现状调查分析

Aanlysis of results of prevention and control of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Tianshui 2002

目的 通过调查对天水市碘缺乏病防治现状进行评估 ,指出存在的问题 ,制定出相应的防治对策。方法 在全市 7个县 (区 ) 2 1个乡 (镇 ) ,每乡两个小学 ,对 8～ 12岁儿童的甲状腺肿大率、尿碘、智商、居民和销售点的碘盐合格率进行测定 ,学生及家庭主妇健康教育问卷调查。结果 甲状腺肿大率 19.11%,尿碘中位数 2 67.3 2 ,盐碘合格率 85 .3 %。健康教育问卷调查合格率 ,学生 62 .2 %,家庭主妇 67.3 %,智力低下儿童 2 4.1%。结论 天水市碘缺乏病防治工作取得了一定成绩 。

Objective To understand the present situation on Iodine Deficiency Disorders(IDD),put forward questions,lay down a constitude measure.Methods Spot checking was used for this survey :in 7 county seats and 21 countrysides,in which 8～12 years children,the total goiter rate,the pass rate of the health education investigation in students and housewives.Result Goiter rate was 19.11% the medium level of urine iodine was 267.32,iodized salt 85.3%.The pass rate of the health education 62.2% in students and 67.3% in housewives.Lower intelligence rate 40.1%.Conclusions It is very obvious for the effecte of controlling IDD in Tianshui city,but,to eliminate IDD,the measure of improving be adopted widely.
