氯化镧对创口组织中不同型胶原蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 了解氯化镧对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ型胶原蛋白表达的影响和防治瘢痕的可能性。方法 以SD大鼠为模型 ,在背部做切口 ,处理方法分为下述 4种 :空白对照组 (切口两侧皮下不注入任何液体 )、模拟对照组 (注入药物溶剂三蒸水 )、氯化镧组 (5 0mmol L 0 2 5ml)和抗TGF β1 抗体组 (5 0μg 切口 )。在 14、2 8d后 ,用亲合素—生物素—过氧化物酶技术 (ABC法 )对伤口组织进行检测。 结果 应用氯化镧后 ,Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ型胶原蛋白的表达均显著降低 ,与使用抗TGF β1 抗体的作用相似。结论 氯化镧可以抑制创口组织中胶原蛋白的表达 ,有一定的防治瘢痕的作用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of lanthanum chloride on expressions of collagen protein and find a way to prevent and treat scar. Methods Four linear incisions were made on the dorsal skin of an adult, female Sprague-Dawley rat as an animal model. One was non-manipulated as a control; the second was injected with distilled water as a sham-control; the third was injected with 50mmol/L of lanthanum chloride, and the fourth was injected with 50μg neutralizing antibody of TGF-β 1 as a positive control. All of the wound tissues were harvested and assayed with ABC method in 14 days and 28 days after the surgery. Results The expressions of typeⅠ、Ⅲand Ⅳ of collagen protein in the third group significantly reduced in 14 and 28 days after the operation, compared with the control or sham-control group. Its values were as similar as the fourth group. Conclusion Lanthanum chloride could inhibit the expressions of collagen protein, and it may be used to prevent and treat scars.
