新生儿败血症的病原菌及耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了解新生儿败血症主要病原菌及其耐药情况 ,以减少临床上应用抗生素的盲目性 ,降低耐药菌产生。对 2 0 0 1年1月~ 2 0 0 3年 6月入住我院儿科临床诊断败血症的 36 8例患儿做血培养 ,共培养出 6 7株细菌。用 PHOENIXl0 0型鉴定菌株种属和做药敏 ,并依据 NCCL S标准判断药敏结果。凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌 (35株 )及金黄色葡萄球菌 (19株 )为主要致病菌 ,并全部对青霉素耐药 ,对红霉素、四环素及苯唑西林耐药率均超过 78% ,利福平、丁胺卡拉的耐药率均低于 2 0 %。尚未发现耐万古霉素的葡萄球菌。几株革兰氏阴性杆菌对氨卞青霉素全部耐药 ,对三代头孢、丁胺卡拉敏感 ,未见耐亚胺培南的菌株。 Objective:To understand main pathogenic bacteria and their drug tolerance of neonatal septicemia in our hospital in order to curb blindness in clinical application of antibiotics and decrease the development of drug resistance bacteria, did blood cultivation for 368 newborns who had been clinically diagnosed septicemia in hospital from Jan 2001 to Jun 2003 and cultivated out 67 bacteria strains Used Phoenis 100 to evaluate genus of the strains and do drug sensitivity experiments Nccls's standard was used to judge results of drug sensitivity experiments The results showed that solidifying enzyme negative staphylococcus (35 strains) and golden yellow staphylococcus (19 strains) were main pathogenic bacteria They all resisted penicillin Over 78% of them resisted erythromycin, tetracycline and oxacillin and lower than 20% of them resisted rifampicin and amikacin No one of them resisted vancomycin A few gram-negative bacilli strains all resisted ampicillin and they were all sensitive to third generation's cephalothin and amikacin No one of them resisted imipenem
