浅析围产儿死亡评审对降低围产儿死亡率的作用

Simple analysis on effect evaluation of perinatal children's death on reducing mortality of perinatal children

为探讨围产儿死亡评审对降低围产儿死亡率的作用 ,采用回顾性研究方法 ,对青岛市 1990～ 2 0 0 1年的围产儿死亡情况进行比较、分析。结果 :以 1996年为界 ,评审前后的围产儿死亡率及死亡构成有显著差异 (P<0 .0 0 1)。说明开展围产儿死亡评审工作对降低青岛市的围产儿死亡率起到了重要的作用。通过评审发现围产儿的主要死因 ,制定有针对性的干预措施 。

In order to explore the effect of censoring of death of perinatal children on reducing the death rate of perinatal children, a retrospective research method is used to compare and analyze the death cases of perinatal children in Qingdao from 1990 to 2001 The results indicates there exists an obvious difference (P<0 001) of the death rates and deat h inducements between before and after the performing of this censoring The censoring of the death of perinatal children plays an important role in reducing the death rate of perinatal children in Qingdao It is an important and effective method to reduce the death rate of perinatal children by performing this censoring to find out the key death inducements, and then to take the pertinency intervening measures
