产程潜伏期延长105例分析

Analysis on 105 cases with the lengthened labor latent period

目的 :探讨潜伏期延长有关致病因素及其难产发生率。方法 :回顾分析了 2 0 0 0年 1～ 12月间 10 5例产程潜伏期延长 ,并与同期 13 8例无潜伏期延长者比较。结果 :发现耻骨联合高度≥ 6cm是潜伏期延长的主要原因。胎儿体重≥ 3 50 0 g,头盆评分≤ 7分等也是造成潜伏期延长的因素。结论 :及时正确识别临产 。

Objective:To explore the causes of the len gthened labor latent period and its reccurent Methods:This paper reviews and analyzes 10 5 cases with the lengthened labor latent period from January to December in 2000 ,comparing with 138 cases without the lengthened labor latent period in the corresponding period Results: The results show that the united height of the pubis ≥ 6 cm i s the major cause which lengthens the latent period Furthermore,the avoirdupois of fetus ≥ 3 500 g and the grade of the head basin≤7 are also the factors that l eng thens the latent period Conclusion: These put forward the viewpoint how to recognize the parturition correctly,which is important to deal with the lengthened laten t period
