摘要
战略联盟是近年来国际上新兴的竞争模式与经营理念。文章分析了医疗体制改革中医院的重组模式,阐述了战略联盟的优势,并由此提出建立战略联盟的新思路,以期深化医院改革,构成医院核心竞争力。
The strategic alliance is a popular competitive model and business philosophy today. On the basis of analysing the model of hospital reconstitution in the reform of medical services system, this paper introduces the advantage of the strategic alliance. Therefore, a new idea of establishing a strategic alliance is put forward to deepen the reform of hospital, and construct the core competitiveness in hospital.
