摘要
一个特定政策,在实施及效果评价后重要的一环是决定其去向。研究发现,现有政策学著作中关于"政策去向"的概念缺乏适当规范,呈现混乱的状况。在合理归纳推理的基础上,认为"政策去向"可以用政策延续、政策调整、政策终结和政策法律化4个概念加以归纳,政策去向的基础和前提是"政策效果评价"。
Making of policy direction is a important stage after policy implementation and evaluation for a given policy. It is found that lack of normalization characterizes the concepts abouf'policy direction 'after policy evaluation in policy cycle. It is inferred from current policy science theory that policy direction consists of policy continuance,policy change,policy legislation and policy termination,and the foundation and premise of which are'policy evaluation'.
