国家自然科学基金医学类申请项目未获资助原因分析

Analysis on Not Gaining Medical Sustentation Fund of National Natural Science Fund

为了解医学类国家自然科学基金项目来获资助的原因,对四川某重点综合性大学该类基金1 495项来获资助申请的原因进行分析,结果表明,申请者数量逐年在上升,未获资助项目也上升,中青年研究人员是申请的主要力量,44.2％的申请项目存在研究方法和路线设计问题;研究基础和对研究意义的把握、申请程序、研究目标、研究现状分析不当等是紧随其后的第二位原因;具有博士学位和教授职称的申请者发生各种不当的比例相应要小。作者提出申报过程中要重点完善研究方法和路线,重视研究基础与研究目的、意义的把握,改进申报管理工作等,对指导申请者和申请管理者均有一定意义。

To know the reasons why not gaining medical sustentation fund of national natural science fund, the paper analyzed the reasons that 1 495 applying programs could not gain medical sustentation fund of national natural science fund, it shows the number of not gaining medical sustentation fund of national natural science fund is rising year after year with more and more applicants,and the main applicants are youthful and middle-aged researchers. The first reason is that 44. 2% of applying programs have problems of research method and design. The second reason is that study basis, Study signifi cance, applying process, study target and study status lacked deep analysis. The applicants who owned doctor degree and professor title are easier than others to gain medical sustentation fund of national natural science fund. The author suggested that applicants must improve research method and design and make clear basis, objetive and significance of study. For managers of applying programs, they should improve the management of applying medical sustentation fund of national natural science fund.
