从学分分布看卫技人员接受继续医学教育的途径及其差异

摘要 目的:探讨终身教育体系下卫生类专业技术职称晋升人员获取继续医学教育学分的途径及其差异。方法:对114名参加2003年度卫生类专业技术职称晋升的人员,接职称类别分为初晋中级医技、初晋中级护理,中晋副高级医技、中晋副高级护理以及副高晋升正高级医技人员共5大类别,计算各类人员所获的学分及其途径。结果:(1)各类人员所获学分均值为30.6-44.0,并以I类学分为主;(2)在所有类别晋升人员中,发表论文所占总学分的百分比为第1位:(3)在第2位学分构成中,初级护理人员为杂志继续教育,其他类别人员均为参加学术会议:(4)在第3位学分中,初级医技和初级护理人员为参加在职学历教育,其他人员为参编专著;(5)科研成果、科研立项学分在总分中所占比重最少,均为0.1%,其次为外出进修,仅占0.7%。结论:发表论文、参加学术会议、杂志继续教育及在职学历教育、参加专著是医务人员获得继续教育学分的主要途径,通过科研立项与成果以及到国外进修获得学分有待于加强。 Objective The paper discussed the way and difference of study scores of continued medicine education among health technique staffs promoting in lifetime education system, Method We collected 114 health technique staffs who took part in promoting in 2003, according to the kinds of the title of position, these staffs were divided into five parts: medical staffs from primary position to middle position, nurse staffs from primary position to middle position, medical staffs from middle position to senior position, nurse staffs from middle position to senior position, medical staffs from senior position to the highest position. We calculated the study scores and way of all kinds of staffs gaining. Result (1) The average study scores of all kinds of staffs gaining is 30.6-44. 0 and the main study scores is I; (2) The percent of study scores of papers is the first among all kinds of promoting staffs; (3)The study scores of primary nurse staffs belongs to continued education of magazines and other staffs' study scores is taking part in academic meeting among the structure of the second study scores; (4)The study scores of primary medical staffs and nurse staffs belongs to attending incumbency diploma education and other staffs' study scores is editing books among the structure of the third study scores; (5) The study scores of research outcomes and research program is the lowest, account for 0.1 percent, and the study scores of attending in advanced studies in other units is 0.7 percent. Conclusion The main ways of medical staffs gaining study scores of continued education are through publishing papers, taking part in academic meeting, continued education of magazines, attending incumbency diploma education and editing books. It should be strengthened to win study scores by research program, research outcome and attending in advanced studies in foreign countries.
