术类药材挥发油毛细管气相色谱──保留指数指纹分析研究

The Fingerprint Spectrum Analysis of Capillary Gas Chromatographic Retention Indices for Essential Oil of the Genus Atractylodes

本文采用程序升温毛细管气相色谱法，分析挥发油成分，建立了术类药材气相色谱保留指数（ＧＣ－ＲＩ）指纹谱，并根据色谱峰的重叠率和含量特征图分析对比，以此对术类药用植物种缘关系进行探讨，试图为生药品种鉴定、内在质量评价及药用植物分类学研究开辟一条新途径。

In this paper. essential oils were analysed by the temperature programed capillary gas chromatography. It was established that the GC-retention index-fingerprint spectrum of the crude drugs of atractylodes. By analysing and comparing the overlapping ratio of GC and the characteristic chart of the contents, it intended to explore relationship of the various species of the medicinal plants of atractylodes. It was considered as a new way for the identification and qualitative evaluation on atractylodes. and also for its pharmaceutical botanical classification.
