摘要
采用对苯二酚与氯化苄在适量的还原剂Na2S2O4存在下,用乙醇做溶剂合成对苯二酚二苄醚的新工艺,最佳 工艺条件为:对苯二酚:氯化苄:氢氧化钾=1:2.5:2.24,还原剂用量为10％(摩尔比),辐射时间为2.5min。 缩短了反应时间,收率为69.73％,mp123.5℃-124.
Under the proper reducer Na2S2O4, using hydrochinone and benzyl chloride and making a new craft of compounding hy drochinone benzyl ether with ethanol as liquid. The best craft condition is that hydrochinone, benzyl chloride, potassium hydroxide equals 1:2.5:2.24. Reducer measure: 10%, time: 2.5min. It shortens the counteraction time and reach es69.73%, mp123.5℃- 124.5℃.
