摘要
心理暗示训练是利用语言等刺激物对学生的心理施加影响,并进而控制行为过程,跳高运动员(学生)能通过 语言接受暗示和进行暗示训练,从而提高运动技术水平,达到训练目的。
Psychological hint training is to make an influence on students' psychology by language or something else and occupy students' action process. High - jumping students can accept hint and hint - training by language, thus, it can improve students technical level, and help students to reach the aim they want.
