短P-R间期心电图探讨

EXPLORATION ON THE ELECTROCARDIOGRAM OF SHORT P - R INTERVAL

目的:正确诊断短P-R间期心电图。方法:总结了136例心电图P-R<0.12秒者临床资料,探讨了引起P-R间期缩短的原因和机理。结果:引起P-R间期缩短的主要原因有:房室结旁路,房室结发育不良,房室结双径路,交感神经张力增高等。结论:单纯P-R<0.12秒,不等同于L-G-L型预激综合征,应诊断为短P-R间期综合征。

Objective: To judge correctly Electrocardiogram of short P - R interval. Methods: The clinical datas of electrocardiogram to 136 cases with short P - R interval patients were summerized . The cause and mechanism that short P - R interval were explored . Results: The causes of short P - R interval were as follows : Atrioventricular node has bypass; Atrioventricular node is hypoplasia; Atrioventricular node is two ways; The tension of Sympathetic nerve is increased. Conclusion: Alone P - R <0.12S, it is not synonymous with L - G - Lpreexcitation syndrome, and it can be diagnosed to short P - R interval syndrome.
