Preparation of Songtong Huoxue Ding and Its Quality Standard

目的:制备松痛活血酊,并制订其质量控制标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对该酊剂中的三七、大黄、虎杖和川乌进行定性鉴别。结果:该酊剂含醇量为57.5%,相对密度为0.92,平均pH值为5.85。结论:该方法可以作为松痛活血酊质量控制的依据。

Objective:To prepare Songtong Huoxue Ding and e stablish the standard of quality con trol.Methods:The components of Songtong Huoxue Ding were identified with TLC.Results:The concentration of alcohol is 57.5%,the relative consistency is 0.92,the average pH is5.85.Conclusion:The method is suit for the quality con trol of Songtong Huoxue Ding.
