摘要
分析了我国留学归国人员投资创业的现状及其特点,并结合湖南省的实际提出了本省留学归国人员投资创业过程中所面临的问题及其对策和办法。
The passage analyses the actuality and characteristics of the investment and starting an undertaking by the returnees in our nation.
