改良固定保留折裂牙方法的评价

Evaluation of the ameliorable fixed method of the fractured Teeth

目的 评价常规法和改良法固定折裂牙的临床效果。方法 采用钢丝固定折裂牙后口内治疗再冠修复方法 (常规法 )治疗 3 2例折裂牙 ,采用玻粘内固定和塑料冠外固定后口内治疗再冠修复 (改良法 )治疗 1 5 8例折裂牙。结果 常规法成功率为 84.4%,改良法成功率 92 .4%,两组比较无显著差异 (χ2 =2 .0 8,P >0 .0 5 ) ,但常规法有 8例备牙时牙再裂 ,改良法无牙再裂。结论 改良法简便易行 ,效果更理想 。

Objective To assess the result in restoring the fractured teeth with two fixed methods.Methods To restore 190 fractured teeth after treatment of root, 32 teeth were fixed with wire(common method) , the other were fixed with glass inomer restorative cement and resin reneer(ameliorable method).Results The success rate of the former is 84 4%,the latter is 92 4%. There was no siynificant difference in chi square test between two methods, 8 teeth fixed with common method fractured again, yet those fixed with ameliorable method didn't during teeth repair.Conclusions The ameliorable method is simple and ideal , It worthy to be spreaded wilder.
