胶粘剂对制鞋工人健康影响的研究

Effects of adhesive on shoemaking workers' healthy

目的 研究制鞋业中胶粘剂对作业工人生理、心理和社会健康的影响 ,以及胶粘剂对不同性别、工龄作业工人的影响差异。方法 监测观察组和对照组工作环境的气象条件、噪声和空气中的有害物质。并作一般情况和自测健康评定量表 (SRHMS)调查。结果 观察组在生理、心理和社会健康方面的评分均高于对照组 ,并且有显著性差异 (P >0 0 1) ,观察组内部不同性别的评分无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 胶粘剂对制鞋工人生理、心理和社会健康均有一定影响 ,但无性别差异 ;其中对心理和社会健康的影响随着工龄的增加而增加。

Objective To study the effects of adhesive on shoemaking workers' physiological,psycholoical and social adaptability,and the different in fluences on shoemaking workers with sex differences and distinct length of servi ce.Methods To monitor the climatic conditions,noise and detr imental materials in the workplace air of study group and control group,and to m ake surveillance about the general situation and SRHMS.Results The scores of physiological,psychological and soc i al adaptability in study group were higher than those of control group.The sinif icant diference was found between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01).The scores were no significant in the different gender in the obse rvation group(P>0.05),but the scores of different length of service increa sed with the augmentation of length of service,especially,there was statistic me aning in the pyschological and social adaptability(P<0.05).Conclusions The certain effects of adhesive on shoemaking workers were found in the factors of physiology,psychology and social adaptabili ty.But the difference was not significant in female and male.The effects on psyc hological and social adaptability increased with the augmentation of length of s ervice.
