摘要 腰椎节段三维有限元模型既要求在视觉上与实际相似 ,又要求易于网格划分和数学求解。本文基于中国人体腰椎L4 - 5活动节段的系列二维截面CT图像 ,采用轮廓线的描述方式提取平面数据 ,通过将平面数据坐标进行三维化处理 ,获得腰椎节段的三维体数据 ,最后直接利用ANSYS有限元分析软件 ,采用自底向上的建模方式重建腰椎节段的三维有限元模型 ,并利用该模型研究了L4 - 5腰椎间盘的生物力学行为。结果表明 ,该模型具有很好的视觉效果和数学求解能力。 Three-dimensional (3D) finite element (FE) model of the human lumbar motion segment requires to be qualified both visually and mathematically. To develop such FE model, a series of CT images were gathered in clinic, from which the plane coordinate data were obtained, and then these 2D data were transformed into 3D coordinate. Finally, the 3D FE model of a Chinese L4-5 lumbar motion segment was developed using ANSYS analysis software based on Bottom-up method, and then the model was used to study the biomechanics of the L4/5 intervertebral disc. The results show that the model has good effect visually and mathematically.
