摘要
目的 :探索人胚胎小肠树突状细胞 (dendriticcells ,DCs)的发育规律。方法 :应用体视学方法对人胚胎小肠S - 10 0 +DC进行形态计量分析。结果 :(1)人胚胎小肠S - 10 0 +DC的数量随胎龄的增大而逐渐增多 ,三段小肠固有层及回肠集合淋巴小结 (Peyer’sPatches,PP)内S - 10 0 +DC的体积密度 (Vv)、表面积密度 (Sv)凡和数密度 (Nv)均随胎龄的增加而增大 ,且与其呈正相关关系 ,而PP内S - 10 0 +DC的这些参数均比同期回肠固有层的高。 (2 )各段小肠固有层S - 10 0 +DC的平均体积 (V )和平均表面积 (S)则随着胎龄的增加呈逐渐减小的趋势 ,而回肠PP内S - 10 0 +DC的V和S比固有层的小 (分别P <0 0 5和P <0 0 0 1)。 (3)回肠PP内S - 10 0 +DC的表面积体积比 (Rsv)和截面平均突起数 (P)亦比固有层的小 (分别P <0 0 5和P <0 0 0 1)。结论 :人胚胎小肠S - 10 0 +DC的数量随胎龄的增加而增多 ,而回肠PP内S - 10 0 +DC的数量、大小和形状则与固有层的不同。
Objective: To investigate the developmental rule of dendritic cells (DCs) in human fetal small intestine. Methods: The morphometric parameters of S-100 protein positive DCs in human fetal small intestine were studied by stereological method. Results: (1) The volume density (Vv), surface density (Sv) and numerical density (Nv) of S-100 +DC in the lamina propria (LP) and Peyer's patches (PP) increased with fetal age. Their values were positively correlated with the latter. These parameters of PP S100 + DCs were higher than those of LP S100 + DCs at the same stage. (2) The mean volume ( V ) and mean surface area ( S ) of LP S-100 + DCs in human fetal small intestine tended to decrease with fetal age. And these parameters of PP S100 + DCs were smaller than those of LP S100 + DCs in fetal ileum (P<0 05 and P<0 001 respectively). (3) The ratio of surface to volume (Rsv) and mean no. of process in cross-section (P) of PP S-100 + DCs were less than those of LP S-100 +DCs (P<0 05 and P<0 001 respectively). Conclusion: The quantities of S-100 + DCs in human fetal small intestine increase with fetal age. The quantity, size and shape of PP S-100 + DCs are different from those of LP S-100 + DCs. :
