随着计算机技术的发展和形态结构测试手段的改进 ,生物体视学和图像分析技术得到了深化和发展。近年来一些文献报道了用体视学和图像分析方法 ,研究反映呼吸系统疾病病变特征的定量指标 ,定量揭示了正常和病变组织的形态结构特征及其与机能间的关系 ,探讨了其在临床病理诊断分析中的应用价值等。本文综述这方面的研究进展。

With the development of computer technology and the improvement of morphometry, biological stereology and image analytical technique progress deeply. In recent years, the study on the diseases of respiratory system by biological stereology and image analytical technique have been reported to find the quantitative indexes and characters on pathological structures, to reveal the relationship of the morphological feature and the function between normal and abnormal tissues, to explore the application value in clinical pathological diagnosis and analysis. This article reviews the progress of the studies.
