中国古代的法律是等级法,同时也是特权法,笔者从相互联系的四个方面,即立法思想、立法原则、立法情况及司 法实践等方面指出并阐明了这一问题。

The ancient law of China is the law of hierarchy and the law of privilege as well, the author points out and clarifies this view from the following four fields:the thoughts,pinciples,circumstan ces of legislation and the judicial practices.
