摘要
采用薄层色谱法对跌圣酊中的大黄、当归、姜黄和栀子进行了定性鉴别；用气相色谱法测定了樟脑的含量，平均回收率为１００．２％，相对标准偏差为０．６１％。本法可用于控制跌圣酊的质量。
In this paper. the Rhubarb, Turrmeric.Chinese Angelica and Fruit of Cape Jasmine in Diesheng Tincture were identified by TLC. The content of Camphor in Diesheng Tincture was determined by GC with average recovery rate of 100. 2% and the RSD of 0. 61%. These methods can be used for quality control of Diesheng Tincture.
