摘要 针对病理外检中经常遇到的卵巢原发性癌和一些转移性癌的鉴别诊断问题 ,介绍免疫组化在原发性癌与结肠癌 /胃癌、乳腺癌、肾透明细胞癌、膀胱变移细胞癌、肝癌和肾上腺皮质腺癌的鉴别诊断中的作用。同时指出免疫组化在卵巢原发性癌与腹膜原发癌和生殖道癌方面仍缺乏特异性的鉴别方法 。
