Investigation of the Incident of Colonial Hysteric Attack Following the Vaccination of Encephalitis B

文章对1992年7月浙江省乐清市接种乙脑疫苗出现群体性癔病发作的事件进行了回顾与调查.报告了该事件的发生与治疗经过.临床病例观察结果,以及回顾性调查结果.探讨了群体性癔病的诊断与鉴别诊断,发病原理及治疗体会.总结了事件发生的经验教训,强调预防宣教“心理治疗”在该病防治中的重要地位.

A retrospective study was made about the incident of colonial hysteric attack following the vaccination of encephalitio B in Yueqing, Zhejiang Province in July, 1992. The occurrence of the incident, treatment of the disease and results of the clinical observation and retrospective study were reported. The diagnosis and differential diagnosis, pathogenesis and treatment of colonial hysteria were discussed. It summarized the experience and lessons drawn from the incident and emphasized the importance of educating and publicizing of prevention and 'psychological therapy'in the prevention and treatment of the disease.
