中期因子、一氧化氮合酶和VEGF在子宫颈癌的表达及临床意义 被引量:6

Expression of midkine, nitric oxide synthase and VEGF in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance

摘要 目的 探讨中期因子 (MK)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达水平及与宫颈癌组织内血管生成、生物学特性和预后的关系。方法 采用免疫组化染色 (SP法 )检测 4 9例子宫颈癌的MK、iNOS、eNOS、VEGF及微血管密度 (MVD) ,并与临床病理及预后指标对照分析同时进行随访。结果 宫颈癌组织中MK、iNOS、eNOS和VEGF阳性表达率分别是 5 9 2 %、71 4 %、5 7 1%和 4 9 0 % ,MVD均值为 2 4 2± 5 6 4。MK、NOS、VEGF和MVD均与宫颈癌临床分期、术后生存时间有密切关系 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但与组织学类型无关 (P >0 0 5 ) ;iNOS和MVD还与宫颈癌病理分级有密切关系 ;MK、NOS、VEGF的表达和MVD均值呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 MK、NOS和VEGF的表达水平与宫颈癌的进展、术后生存时间有密切关系 ,提示MK、NOS、VEGF和MVD可作为患者预后评估的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of midkine(MK), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD), and their relation with angiogenesis, biological features and prognosis in servical carcinoma. Methods The expression of MK, iNOS, eNOS, CD34 and VEGF was determined in 49 cases of cervical carcinoma with immunohistochemical method (SP method), and the results were compared with pathology, and the cases were followed-up. Results Mean MVD of cervical carcinoma was 24.2±5.64 and the expression rates of MK, iNOS, eNOS and VEGF were 59.2%, 71.4%, 57.1% and 49.0%, respectively. They were not associated with histological type (P>0.05), but significantly correlated to FIGO stages and the postoperative survival date (P<0.05). MVD and iNOS were related to grading of cervical carcinoma. Conclusion MVD can reflect the angiogenesis activities in cervical carcinoma. MK, NOS and VEGF promote angiogenesis, growth, invasion in cervical carcionoma. They may be accepted as important markers to evaluate the prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
