摘要
〔目的〕选择最佳增菌液、增菌时间、分离平板 ,提高外环境甲型副伤寒沙门菌检出率。〔方法〕11种不同种类不同产地沙门菌增菌液用不同来源不同菌量的甲型副伤寒沙门菌作增菌效果比较 ;制备贝壳类海产品、大便、水模拟标本作不同增菌液不同菌量甲型副伤寒沙门菌增菌效果比较 ;不同菌量模拟标本三种平板分离甲型副伤寒沙门菌效果比较 ;模拟标本不同增菌时间甲型副伤寒沙门菌检出率比较。〔结果〕11种增菌液 ,其中一种甲型副伤寒沙门菌菌不生长 ,二种较差 ,八种较好 ;在模拟标本甲型副伤寒沙门菌增菌效果比较中 ,亚硒酸盐增菌液对海产品、大便标本增菌效果较好 ,氯化镁孔雀绿增菌液对水样中甲型副伤寒沙门菌增菌效果较好 ;甲型副伤寒沙门菌在沙门菌显色平板上菌落特征明显 ,分离效果优于SS平板 ;贝壳类海产品甲型副伤寒沙门菌模拟标本 37℃增菌 6h甲型副伤寒沙门菌菌量最多。〔结论〕贝壳类海产品用亚硒酸盐增菌液 37℃增菌 6h ,水样用氯化镁孔雀绿增菌液 4 2℃增菌 12~ 18h,用沙门菌显色平板分离甲型副伤寒沙门菌效果最好。
睴bjective〕 To choose better enrichment broth,enriching time,isolation plates that can improve the detecting rate of S.paratyphi A in outside environment.〔Methods〕The enriching effects of eleven different kinds of commercially enrichment from different regions were compared,using different quantities of S.paratyphi A from different samples.The enriching effects of S.paratyphi A in different simulation samples made by shellfish seafood,faeces and water were compared,to differentiate enrichment with different quantities of S.paratyphi A. Three kinds of plates were compared in the effects of isolating S.paratyphi A,using simulation samples wilh different quantities of S.paratyphi A.The detecting rate of S.paratyphi A by different enriching time of simulation samples.〔Results〕Among eleven different kinds of enrichments,one has no growth of S.paratyphi A,two have bad growth,eight have better growth.After compared the enriching effects of S.paratyphi A in different enrichments,SF is better for shellfish seafood and faeces samples,while MM is better for water samples.The isolation effect of CHROM agar Salmonella which has typical character of S.paratyphi A colony is better than SS agar.The largest quantity of S.paratyphi A is the simulation sample made by shellfish seafood after incubated at 37℃ for 6 hours.〔Conclusions〕 The best effect of isolation S.paratyphi A is using SF for shellfish seafood incubated at 37℃ for 6 hours,MM for water samples incubated at 42℃ for 12~18 hours,using CHROM agar.
