Especially after joining WTO in China, on one hand globalization has brought the seldom historical opportunity to the private enterpise and expanded the development space of the private enterpise. On the other hand, globalization has brought impact and challenge to the private enterprise. Between economic globalization and development of the private enterprise is a kind of linkage relation influencing, promoting each other. The private enterprise should seize the opporunity, meet challenge, make contribution for the rapidly, healthy, stable development of national economy while growing up and strengthens by oneself.
