用不同浓度的青霉素溶液处理黄瓜种子,结果表明100mg/L和200mg/L处理可提高黄瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势,促进幼苗子叶面积和真叶面积的扩大,增加下胚轴粗和根鲜重,提高成苗率。

Experiments on cucumber seeds dealt with different concentrations of penicillin solution showed that cucumber seeds dealt with 100mg/L and 200mg/L had a higher burgeoning rate,a better burgeoning potential,thicker lower parts of hypocotyls and heavier fresh roots and their young plants had larger cotyledons and real leaves and a higher survival rate
