摘要
为促进世界贸易自由化,就要降低各种贸易壁垒,减少各国的贸易保护主义政策,而要削减贸易壁垒,首先需要使各种贸易保护措施具有可控性,即使之简化、量化以及透明、可预见。鉴于此,为促进世界贸易的发展,对非关税保护措施如何量化提出了一些新的思路,并进行了相关评析。
