摘要
通过对不同级别、性质医院的服务量、次均费用的对比研究,分析这些影响的前因后果,发现基本医疗保险政策的实施,对不同级别、性质医院的影响不同。对现有的政策提出调整建议,以使基本医疗保险政策更加协调、可持续地发展。
Through comparable research in services quantity and average expenditure for every time in different level and different type’s hospitals,analyzing the potential reasons and results for those impacts.The basic medical insurance policy implement has different effect for different level and different type’s hospitals.The suggestion has been recommended for policy adjusted.To ensure the basic medical insurance policy more correspond and more sustainable development.
