骨髓间充质干细胞在脑血管疾病中的应用
The Application of Mesenchymal Stem Cell in Therapy of Cerebrovascular Diseases
摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞具有来源广泛、易采取、易移植和低免疫原性等特性,通过移植间充质干细胞可望修复或替 代由于脑血管疾病而受损的神经细胞或重要环路。本文综述近年来各国对骨髓间充质干细胞的生物学特性及其可塑性研 究,提示其在体外能够定向分化为神经细胞,在脑内能够成活并增殖分化迁移。这无疑将成为脑血管疾病治疗方法的重要 进展。
