福建省并殖吸虫第1中间宿主种类、分布及感染率的调查

Investigation on the First Intermediate Host of Paragonimus and its Geographic Distribution and Infection Rate in Fujian, China

[目的 ]调查福建省并殖吸虫第 1中间宿主淡水螺的种类、地理分布和感染率。[方法 ]捕捉各地淡水螺类 ,检查其所携带不同虫种的并殖吸虫尾蚴感染率。[结果 ]在 2 5个县中 ,发现全省有 6种淡水螺类可充当并殖吸虫第 1中间宿主 ,即放逸短沟蜷、湖北钉螺闽亚种、福建拟钉螺、建瓯洱海螺、小桥拟钉螺和新店拟钉螺 ,其感染率 ( % )分别为 0 2 6、0 5 3、0 15、0 49、0 15和 6 5 7;放逸短沟蜷分布较广。[结论

To investigate the species, geographic distribution and infection rate of the first intermediate host of Paragonimus of snails in fresh water in Fujian, China. The snails were captured and the infection rate of cercaria in different Paragonimus was checked in 25 counties. Six species of snail were found as the first intermediate host of Paragonimus, which were Semisulcospira libertina Gould (0.26%), Oncomelania hupensis tangi Bartsch (0.53%), Tricular fujianensis Liu, Zhang and Wang (0.15%), Erhaia jianouensis Liu and Zhang (0.49%), T. xiaoqiaoensis Kang (0.15%), T. xindianensisLi, et al (6.57%). The distribution area of Semisulcospira. libertina Gould was wider than others. Semisulcospira. libertina Gould is the dominant species for Paragonimus.
