甘露醇合剂治疗放射性食管炎的临床观察

Clinical observations of mannite mixture treatments for radiation esophagitis

目的探讨放射性食管炎的治疗方案。方法回顾性地将放疗中出现放射性食管炎的61例恶性肿瘤患者分为甘露醇1号合剂组、2号合剂组、对照组 ,分别给予甘醇1号合剂、2号合剂口服和青霉素 +地塞米松静脉滴注。结果甘露醇1号合剂组有效率90.91%、2号合剂组85.71%、对照组44.44%。结论甘露醇1号合剂和2号合剂对放射性食管炎有明显疗效 ,1号合剂更经济有效 。

objective To study the treatment of radiation esophagitis.Methods Retrospectively divide the61radiation esophagitis patients into three groups:mannite mixture1,mannite mixture2,and the control group.Oral mannite mixture1,oral mannite mixture2,and the intravenous drip of penicillin plus dexamethasone are adopted in these three groups respectively.Results The effective percentage of mannite mixture1group is90.91%,mannite mixture2group is85.71%,and the control group is44.44%.Conclusion Both oral mannite mixture1and oral mannite mixture2produce obvious curative effect to radiation esophagitis.Oral mannite mixture1is more economical and effective,deserves clinical application.
