摘要
图书馆服务应重视对读者满意度的研究,读者对图书馆的满意与否是评价图书馆工作的重要指标,本文对网络环境下读者满意度评价的意义、读者满意度评价的指标体系和读者满意度评价的模式进行了探讨。
Library service should pay attention to the study of the degree of readers' satisfaction, as the readers' satisfaction is an important quota to evaluate the management of libraries. Therefore, this essay attempts to explore the significance, the quota system and the evaluation mode of the degree of the reader's satisfaction in the network environment.
