叙述了磷化前不漂洗的脱脂/表面调整“二合一”及配套的喷射式脱脂/锌盐磷化“二合一”新工艺及其在滤清器涂装线和汽车零件涂装线上的应用效果。介绍了所用处理剂EQT-1和EQL-1的主要成分、性能试验结果和使用规范。
A new surface treatment process has been developed involving degreasing without washing/surface adjusting called 'two combine into one' and inject degreasing/zinc salt phosphating called 'two combine into one' processes. Its applications in painting lines for cleaners and car parts were described. The major components of treating agent EQT—1 and EQL—1, testing results and application specification were given.
