摘要 组装了微机控制的脉冲红外定氧仪,对微碳铬铁标样总氧测定精度为RSD<0.50%。以跟踪式升温和分峰解告处理,区分测定TFe,Cr系和Si系氧化物的氧,与抽取法结果一致。以纯氧化物和混合物中氧的释放特征,探讨了钢中氧化物夹杂分量测定的可行性。 An oxygen determinator is assembled with electric impulse furnace and infrared gas detec-tor controlled by computer.The relative standard deviation for testing oxygen in micro carbon ferro-chromium is lower than 0.5%。By means of tracking heating-up program and overlap peaks deconvolu-tion,the oxygen in(Fe,Cr)-oxide and Si-oxide in steel can be determined distinctively,and the results consist with extraction method.The release character of oxygen in pure and inixed oxide have been explored and the possibility for analysing different oxide inclusion in steel is discussed.
