摘要
本文研究了痕量锰(Ⅱ)催化过硫酸铵氧化酸性铬蓝K而褪色的最佳条件,拟定酸性铬蓝K为指示反应催化光度法测定人参、水质中痕量锰(Ⅱ)的新方法。不去灵敏度高,重现性较好,在0~26ng/25mL范围内铬蓝K的褪色反应速度与Mn(Ⅱ)含量呈线性关系。
A simple,sensitive and accurate catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of manganese is described The method is based on the decolourisation of ammonium persulphate-catalysed oxidation of acid chrome blue K with manganese( Ⅱ ).The absorbance of the standard solution is measured at 550nm against reagent blank.Tle molar a bsorptivity is 1.34 ×10~6.The method can be applied for det-ermimination of trace manganese in ginseng and the results is satisfactory.
