The New Phenomena and New Problems in Minority Language Planning

本文简要分析了近10年来少数民族语言文字规划出现的新情况,讨论由于这些新情况的出现,民族语文工作出现的一些新问题,并提出了解决这些问题的一些思路。

This article briefly analyzes new phenomena of the minority language planning in the recent decade. It discusses new problems in working of minority language and writing due to occurrence of these phenomena, and propose some ideas how to resolve them.
